As the technologies we encountered in science fiction movies in the past can be practiced in our day, it is our necessity to adapt ourselves to the fast growing technologies applied in every aspect of everyday life.
In addition to home appliance and user electronics being one of the business sectors where we observe most effective development, the majority of sectors throughout the world run against each other to increase customer satisfaction and loyality by making use of the benefits of technology.
“Connected Vehicle” solution, listed at the top of the current trends of today, is followed by a large number of manufacturers and distributors nowadays. For instance, especially technological infrastructures presented by Western manufacturers attracted a great deal of attention at the Frankfurt Automobile Show 2015.
According to the news published in April 2014, the authorities soon will approve the legal studies on the standardiziation of "Connected Vehicle" practices and the standardization is planned to be mandatory by 2017. It is not difficult to foresee such exercises when one considers how fast the technology grows day by day.
marmassistance has completed the practices on its "Connected Vehicle" solution and the solution will be presented to its partners very soon. Among the many attractive features of the solution, there is the one where in case of accident or breakdowns, an automotic signal is sent to the marmassistance alarm center and the needed assistance services such as towing of the car to the nearest workshop or in the case of physical injuries, emergency medical services are provided.
This feature makes the solution a unique one, since assistance services and connected vehicle solution are brought together for the first time in a single solution. Maintenance alerts, car health reports and driving behavior analysis are among the detailed data and reports produced by the solution.
marmassistance will present the solution in much more detail in 2016.
Nowadays, in many companies, activities on occupational health and safety are increasingly emphasized. Any sources of risk and harmful conditions are evaluated during these activities that are based on systematical and scientific methods.

After this meeting, a fire alarm and evacuation practice took place at marmassistance office. Our personnel, however, had not been informed previously on this practice.
After the alarm, the evacuation was accomplished within six minutes. The presence of our personnel was checked and recorded in written form at the venue outside of the building where they were gathered. Overall, this practice was considered as one of the successful events that created awareness among the personnel.
Among other important activites of our department, there were the internal audits which were performed within the frame of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and ISO 27001:2013 Information Security.
Our internal audits were carried out by 15 internal auditors who have received ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2013 internal investigation certificates. A cross-checking method was practiced during the audits of all the departments within the company.
Reports of the audit results were prepared carefully and submitted to the “Representatives of Quality Management”.
